Mulliner, the bespoke division from Bentley adds to their list of limited edition models the Continental V8 GT Convertible Galene edition. Inspired by Princess, a British luxury yacht maker, Mulliner has incorporated Nautical elements to create this special series of 30 Bentley convertibles.
Featuring a glacier white exterior and body kit - its highly-polished finish and graceful lines evidently inspired by the curving lines of contemporary motor yachts. Intersected by a flash of Sequin Blue on the lower bright ware, it gives the impression of a yacht afloat on a tranquil sea.
Exterior additions include 21” ten spoke propeller wheels in a polished finish along with dark tint front and rear lamps inspired by the tinted windows that allow light to flood the expansive white hull of a Princess yacht. To welcome you on board, the LED approach lamps project the Bentley wings onto the floor from the wing mirrors.
A unique four colour combination’s main hide is Linen, with Brunel as the secondary colour. The centre console features a unique pinstriped walnut veneer in a natural finish inspired by the decking found on Princess yachts.
The Mulliner name is proudly displayed on the hand-painted Glacier White fascia panel. This is further enhanced with a unique piece of yachting-inspired artwork, created by world renowned illustrator, Jaume Vilardell.
We find this to be a calm, sophisticated and luxurious representation true to the Bentley heritage and collectors will be happier knowing only 30 units will be available.
