Mechanically, the F Sport uses the same engine as its luxury sibling variant. 308 hp powers the RX450h F Sport via a 3.5-liter Atkinson cycle V6 engine augmented by the Lexus Hybrid Drive system. A hybrid system indicator, start-stop system, EV drive mode and hybrid engine all add to the efficiency of this mid size urban commuter.
