An absolutely stunning grand tourer was witnessed at the Pebble Beach Concours D’elegance. In another strong attempt at reviving the luxury Maybach brand, Mercedes-Benz revealed their latest concept, the Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet car.
What we see is a gorgeous mega yacht style sweeping profile, a distinctively bold grill with a very unique and luxurious interior. White Nappa leather along with what appears to be a very touch sensitive environment keeping in mind the future. Clear design directional hints present themselves via a dramatic stance indicative of Maybach’s of the future.
Courtesy of new age technology, the futuristic cabriolet is said to be powered with an electric motor attached to each wheel. The result is an all-electric 760 hp grand tourer with a claimed range of 497 km. Add to this a special 5 minute recharge option to extend the range by an additional 100 km. Computer simulated performance figures suggest a sensational 0-100 kph time of under 4 seconds.
Given the technology seems fairly realistic and production feasible, we simply ask how soon can the world see this absolutely gorgeous grand tourer?
