Currently Audi’s largest and flagship SUV, the Q7 is also their only 7 seater SUV. Various models and configurations are available depending on the market of choice, however presently trim levels are limited to Technology Pack and Premium Plus for the domestic market.
With a combination of direct injection and turbocharging, the Audi 3.0 TDI engine promises exceptional performance. Thanks to their high torque output over the entire engine speed range, with constant power build-up. The 3.0 TDI quattro, has a power output of 245 hp, a top speed of 234 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds.
The 2.0 TFSI quattro produces higher power output with greater fuel efficiency. This engine has a power output of 250 hp, a top speed of 233 km/h and accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 6.9 seconds.
Either of these engines will be mated to an 8-speed tiptronic transmission for added efficicency.
The Technology Pack in the Q7 includes features such as Auto Park Assist, Surround View Camera, MMI Navigation Plus with MMI Touch, BOSE 3D Surround Sound System and the Audi Virtual Cockpit. The Premium Plus trim option include the likes of a panoramic sunroof, a phone box wireless charger on-board and Audi parking system amongst a host of other features.
