Mercedes-Benz CLA Urban Sport Edition launched.

Mercedes-Benz today launched the CLA 200 and CLA 200 d Urban Sport, petrol and diesel versions for its younger customers. The new CLA Urban Sport comes with a few new features as standard, although from what we could see are primarily cosmetic updates.

These features include a THERMOTRONIC 2-Zone AC, carbon-style rear spoiler and a new Cosmos Black exterior paint scheme. The car is also equipped with “Sport” branded floor mats, illuminated door sills and a “Sport” badge.

Mechanically, the car remains unaltered.

The Mercedes-Benz CLA 200 Urban Sport (Petrol) and CLA 200 d Urban Sport (Diesel) are priced at INR 35.99 lakhs and INR 36.99 lakhs ex-showroom, India respectively.

Introducing the CLA Urban edition is a nice touch from the German manufacturer prior to the festive season, however a few more performance oriented updates to compliment the cosmetic enhancements could be more appealing and significant.
