New technology adorns the Rolls Royce Phantom VIII. Some noteworthy mentions include the car being 30 percent lighter than its predecessors and has a laser light technology providing a 600 metre range of light at night for enhanced safety. Add to this Rolls Royce legendary Magic Carpet Ride and the Flagbearer camera setup and auto-levelling suspension promising to make the car even more comfortable.

Powering the Phantom VIII is a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine that delivers 563 hp and 900 Nm of torque. This allows an impressive 0-100km/hr time of just 5.4 seconds. While you might think the V12 may attribute to some disturbance in the cabin, 130 kilos of sound deadening, 6mm two-layer glazing on the outside and Silent Seal tyres are just some features that help Rolls Royce stake a claim at being “the most silent car in the world”.

The price for the Standard Wheelbase Phantom VIII begins at 9.5 crore (ex-showroom) and the Long Wheelbase Phantom VIII starts at 11.35 Crore (ex-showroom). The pricing also includes a four-year service package and regional warranty. In true bespoke fashion, one can add options such as choosing from 60,000 shades of colour to actually placing selected art and jewellery in the cabin amongst many other customisable elements to make your Phantom supremely personalised and exclusive.
